The Russian Ground Forces are the land forces of the Russian Armed Forces. Formed from part of the collapsed Soviet Army in 1992, they are the main faction faced by all enemy forces, aside from the US military and Cordis Die.
World War 3[]
In World War 3: Sinister Operations, they are seen fighting against Iron Hand forces and Anarchists invading Russia during the events of Operation Scorched Earth. They are later seen again in Operation Grendel, assisting the USA in fighting Iron Hand forces in America, as well as assisting other members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in the fight against Iron Hand and Anarchists occupying Europe.
As stated earlier, they are the main enemy of Iron Hand forces and Anarchists, as well as the Chechen Mujahideen and Muhammad's Army.
